Shared tools

Game Design Studio opens Pi with the local Llama 3 8B model. It can help shape a game idea, organize design documents and research the web within the active project. Its project tools are limited to reading, writing, editing and search.

ComfyUI + FLUX generates references, concepts, sprites, tiles and source images. The output must be reviewed before it becomes an approved asset artifact.

3D pipeline

  • TRELLIS 2 reconstructs a 3D asset from an image and exports GLB.
  • Blender reviews geometry, materials, scale and topology.
  • UniRig generates a skeleton and skinning for a humanoid character.
  • ARDY creates body motion from a text prompt.
  • Retarget ARDY → UniRig applies the generated movement to the selected rig.
  • Godot prepares and opens the animated validation scene.

2D pipeline

  • ComfyUI + FLUX creates the source art and visual variants.
  • Godot 2D imports frames or sprite sheets and assembles the playable animation.

The 2D pipeline is available as a guided workflow, but automatic sprite-sheet assembly and prompt-based image editing are planned extensions.
